Terms and Conditions

These rules will be enforced on YOUR behalf to help make your visit a safe and enjoyable one.

  1. CAMPSITE SPEED LIMITS OF 5 MPH & 10 MPH MUST BE STRICTLY OBSERVED.
  2. IMPORTANT. Please take note of where your nearest fire point is situated.
  3. All tents, touring caravans & motorhomes must vacate the site by 11.30am otherwise a further day’s charge will be made.
  4. Anyone wishing to rebook must do so by 11.30 am (11 am during peak season)
  5. All visitors must enquire at the site office BEFORE going on site. A charge of £3.00 per car will be made.
  6. When grass cutting or hedge trimming is taking place please be patient as we try to complete the work as soon as possible.
  7. When issued with one by us, pegs or daily tags MUST BE DISPLAYED on your tent, caravan or motor home.
  8. Parents and guardians are fully responsible for their children at all times whilst on the campsite, in particular when using the playground & when playing near the stream. Please keep children from playing near the railway line at all times. Always keep young children within sight and hearing of your camping area; all children under 12 years should be accompanied by a parent/guardian whilst on the campsite and should be accompanied to the shower & toilet blocks.
  9. We have two toilet blocks on site. When one is being cleaned, please use the other block. Thank you.
  10. The washing of pots, pans, dishes and clothes is strictly prohibited under camp water-points & in camp washbasins. We have a launderette for clothes and dishwashing facilities on site.
  11. Hot water is provided for washing within the area – it must not be carried out.
  12. Dogs must be kept on a short leash at all times and exercised out of campgrounds on the exercise field. If your dog fouls within the campsite – PLEASE remove the faeces immediately.
  13. Refuse bins are provided for litter, please use them. A tidy site is a healthier site!
  14. Open fires are not permitted – on-site barbecues are, provided they are proper freestanding sets. Any damage to the grass will be charged for. (You must adhere to our camp barbecue safety sheet)
  15. The volume of radios, televisions etc must be kept low at all times and especially after 11pm. Anyone found causing a disturbance on the Campsite will be evicted without a refund.
  16. For the safety of all campers – especially children – please ensure that you use the public footpath to the beach.
  17. For the safety of your children, please make sure that they do not ride their bicycles, scooters, skateboards, rollerblades etc in and around the area of the car park or paths around the shower/toilet blocks.
  18. The use of any firearms, crossbows, catapults and similar items is strictly prohibited.
  19. Driving tuition is strictly prohibited on site. Washing of all motor vehicles is prohibited on site.
  20. The flying of kites and other objects is strictly prohibited on site due to overhead electric power lines.
  21. Please do not hang or tie washing lines to the mains electric hook ups.
  22. No ball or Frisbee games such as football, cricket, etc are allowed on the Touring Caravan Section. Only Softball games are permitted on site.
  23. Physical and verbal abuse of staff will not be tolerated and will lead to immediate eviction from the site.
  24. Please ensure that you remove ignition keys from all parked vehicles to prevent accident and theft.
  25. Please keep any cleaning chemicals and medicines in a locked area thus reducing the risk to children and of theft.
  26. No responsibility will be accepted by Hendre Mynach Caravan Park or its employees, for any items belonging to or rented by customers that are stolen or damaged whilst on site. We recommend that you have adequate insurance to cover such eventualities.
  27. Reporting of Unsafe Items or Activities: – Please report to reception any issues regarding safety of equipment or persons acting unsafely or behaving suspiciously. Thank you.
  28. All your gas & electric appliances & installations should comply with current Health & Safety regulations.
  29. No refunds are given.
  30. IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT THAT YOU HEAR THE SOUND OF THE EMERGENCY SIREN, IMMEDIATELY MAKE YOUR WAY TO THE EMERGENCY ASSEMBLY POINT OPPOSITE RECEPTION AND AWAIT FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS FROM MEMBERS OF STAFF. Thank you.
